Where are your products made?
Where are your products made?
All of our products are homemade in Brantford, Ontario. We source our ingredients from local butchers, farms, and markets as much as possible.
Why dehydrated?
We chose dehydrated because we believe it's the safest and tastiest option for your furry family member. Not only does dehydrating remove the moisture but it also cooks to the product.
Freeze dried treats are very popular right now. While they're a great option, there is always some inherent risk with raw foods.
Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?
We don't use any artificial ingredients or preservatives in our products. Each item is single ingredient unless stated otherwise under each product page.
How do you keep your treats fresh if you don't use any preservatives?
We both vacuum seal and use silica gel packets in our product packaging to keep all items as fresh as possible.
How long does it take to ship your product?
We package and fill all orders Fridays to ship out the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
