We ship orders using trusted carriers, including UPS and Canada Post. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location and the best shipping method available at the time.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders within a few days to a week of receiving them. However, during busier periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.

Responsibility for Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for the following:

  • Delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen conditions.
  • Lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • Delays caused by the carrier or errors on the part of the shipping company.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
